Back on Track!
(I think!) My family had a party last Saturday and a few days later I had a bit of a personal crisis, which is still sort of going on. So I stopped going to the gym and my eating habits turned pretty gross, BUT I’m back on track now! Went to the gym this morning and am currently enjoying an english muffin with egg whites. Glass of water number 8 is half done, and I’ve a 5 hour shift running around at work tonight. I can do this!!
this looks awesome! no more twisty annoying plastic either!
I know I am home… but I miss Ireland. Can’t wait until August!!
And I’m trying to eat healthy… no harm in looking!
